Type of publication: pedagogical music For: piano solo Publication language: cz./ger./eng.
In the preface to his first work of jazz piano etudes, the author himself may be a little tactical, but he very aptly remarked that one who is not a jazz pianist and carefully studies all etudes will not become one even after that. This note is no longer so important for the second notebook, because the genre and style are wider than the first notebook - it also affects various branches of contemporary popular music, related to jazz only marginally. The selection of 20 etudes aims to serve not only for technical and stylistic improvement, especially of amateur (but also professional) pianists, engaged in jazz and popular music, but also provides them with the necessary preparation for their own improvisation.
