While the previous versions were equipped with a 10-inch speaker, this model has a built-in 12-inch Celestion VX12 speaker that delivers even more distinctive sound. The AC30 Top Boost sound, produced by three lamps (2x 12AX7 on the preamplifier and EL84 at the end stage), has been fascinating guitarists around the world for over fifty years. It features both massive distortion and pure, classically sounding tone, while controlling both input and output volume, bass and treble, allows each player adjust it to their liking.
