'Standard' vertical 2x12 uses a pair of Celestion Vintage 30 speakers in a closed-back design. This configuration provides the V130 with the maximum punch, aggression, definition, efficiency and projection.

The Vintage 30 is a very efficient (100dB), relatively powerful, large-magnet (Ceramic, 50 ounce) 12" driver. Clear highs, projecting upper mids and strong bottom end make it a favourite with players who like modern gained sounds and/or high headroom cleans with minimal speaker breakup/distortion.

A portable powerhouse rig when paired with V30 The Jack, V130 The Super Jack, VX The Kraken, BD1 and RD1. When you hear one, you’ll realise why plenty of former 4×12 fans have ditched their quad boxes for these.
