At the core of the kit is a high-quality mesh snare pad with layered rims for authentic feel and rimshot response. The toms and kick are also fitted with mesh heads, ensuring quiet operation and natural rebound. The cymbal pads feature multiple zones and choke function for a more realistic and nuanced performance.

The EDK-200 drum module offers a wide range of features to support both creativity and technical development. It comes loaded with 697 voices, 20 preset kits, and space for 20 user kits. Players can take advantage of 55 built-in songs with the option to mute the drum part or accompaniment for focused practice. A full suite of sound processing tools is built in, including reverb, compressor, and a professional-grade 4-band equalizer with real-time control. The module also supports recording up to 15 songs and features a backlit LCD display for clear navigation. MIDI connectivity ensures seamless integration with other gear and software.
