The rotary cutter is ideal for cutting more complex shapes from fabric, thin leather or paper or for cutting a cut. The cutter has a safety system with which you pull the blade into the cover to prevent injury. The handle holds well, at the end of the handle there is a hole for hanging. Spare blades are sold separately.
