It creates thick, textured paint layers, accelerates drying, and helps prevent wrinkling. This non-yellowing medium ensures paint layers dry fully and become resistant to turpentine once cured.

Paintings stored for long periods in darkness may exhibit slight yellowing, especially in white areas, but exposure to light reverses this effect, preserving the artwork’s clarity.
