Kat Von D, born Katherine von Drachenberg in 1982 in Mexico, is an American tattoo artist, television personality, entrepreneur, and musician. She rose to fame through the reality show LA Ink and as the founder of Kat Von D Beauty, now known as KVD Beauty. In addition to her tattoo and business career, Kat Von D has pursued music, releasing her debut single Exorcism in 2021 and her second studio album, My Side of the Mountain, in 2024.
