Troy Van Leeuwen Jazzmaster is an electric guitar from the legendary Fender company from the Artist series, made according to the model of Queens of the Stone Age guitarist Troy Van Leeuwen. Already in the 90's he gained great respect thanks to the collaboration with a number of alternative rock musicians and the reputation of a very creative guitarist, especially thanks to his work with color and sound power, which is the basis of his signed model. The body of the Jazzmaster-shaped instrument is made of alder wood. Comfortable and modern maple neck with C shape, is equipped with a rosewood fingerboard with 21 Vintage-Style frets. The length of the scale is 25.5 "(648mm) and the width of the zero sleeper is 1.65" (42mm). The guitar is equipped with two classic, soap sensors American Vintage '65 Single-Coil Jazzmaster at the bridge and at the neck. The chrome hardware includes a Brass-saddle mustang and a Vintage-Style tuning mechanism. The controls consist of a 3-position switch and Volume and Tone controls for both Lead and Rhythm circuits, respectively. An atypical bidirectional switch is used to switch between them. The guitar, including the head, is made with Oxblood surface treatment and comes with a solid case.
