DPA Double Cable 5m for d:vote 4099
The d:vote 4099U Universal Instrument Microphone is designed to address the unique mounting challenges of slim bodied and unusually shaped instruments. The design of the microphone clip includes a hook-and-loop fastener strap which allows it to fit instruments of varying sizes and diameters such as the oboe, clarinet, bassoon, recorder and flute. The fastener strap pulls tight to fit the circumference of the instrument, like a wrist watch on your arm. On instruments of a large diameter, additional fastener straps can easily be added to extend the clip’s reach. The d:vote 4099U Universal Instrument Microphone is elegant, lightweight, unobtrusive and designed to stay out of the way during performances. The d:vote 4099U Universal Instrument Microphone includes a revolutionary ‘90°’ system which provides a wide range of mounting options. By detaching the clip from the gooseneck and re-mounting it turned 90°, the number of mic positions is doubled. The d:vote 4099 Instrument Microphones series is truly a musician’s mic without equal. This series allows you to achieve the purest reproduction of your instrument. The mics feature supercardioid polar patterns for superior gain-before-feedback. They offer extremely natural sound and are fully capable of handling the violin’s dynamic range and subtle details. Known for their discreet size and elegance, these mics feature a lightweight design. Yet, d:vote 4099 Instrument Microphones are also rugged. The versatile gooseneck provides stable and repeatable positioning. The mics can be easily unclipped and repositioned or moved to another instrument. The mounting system is designed to never blemish or scratch the finish of your instrument. The flexible design supports a wide variety of mounting and positioning possibilities. The d:vote 4099U Universal Clip Microphone includes a 3-pin XLR phantom power adapter. The UC4099 Universal Clip is available separately, and can be used with any of the d:vote 4099 Instrument Microphones. The adapters for wireless systems give you flexible, simple and affordable possibilities. You are no longer bound to one wireless system. As circumstances change, you can just switch your adapter, instead of incurring the cost of a whole new microphone. And when you make the switch, you won't hear any loss or change in sound quality. The d:fine, d:screet and d:vote series of miniature microphones work with all leading wireless mic solutions, such as Lectrosonics, Sennheiser, Shure, Sony, Wisycom, Zaxcom and many more. DPA Microphones’ ingenious adapter system is one of a kind in the industry. It protects your investment in fantastic sound for years to come. The standard gooseneck length is 140 mm (5.5 in). The optional gooseneck extension unit is also available. This adds 50% extra length, which helps reach the sweet spot for some instruments. The d:vote 4099 Instrument Microphone series features cables that are detachable from the gooseneck. This makes it more convenient to mount the mic on an instrument before connecting it. The d:vote 4099B Instrument Microphone for Bass comes with the heavy duty 2.2 mm (0.09 in) cable, which is ideal for PA and live gigs. The thinner 1.6 mm (0.06 in) miniature cable is more appropriate for personal mounting on instruments. You can choose between the different cable qualities, to tailor your mic to a specific task. You can reduce cable clutter onstage by using our Double Cable (DAO4099). The cable carries both the mic extension cable and a pickup jack connection in one. The dual cables run in a nylon sock. The jack uses high-quality Mogami cable and gold Neutrik connectors. At the instrument end, there is a right-angled connector.
