Deathrow was a thrash metal band from Düsseldorf, Germany, formed in 1984 under the name Samhain. They became known for their intense sound and technical musicianship, releasing three key albums on Noise Records. The band’s style evolved into a more progressive direction with the addition of guitarist Uwe Osterlehner, highlighted on the albums Deception Ignored and Life Beyond. In 2018, their four studio albums were remastered and reissued.
