Type 5 Flex cable is black and fitted with a tip positive 3,5 mm jack plug (also called a mini jack). This Flex cable standard is quite common mainly in older pedals like those from Electro-Harmonix or DOD and were also used in older Wah or RAT pedals, the KLON Centaur and many others.
