Re-Scaled ToneFlow Bracing System
The pursuit of optimal balance between structural strength, playability, and tone led to the creation of our patented ToneFlow bracing system. This system provides enough support to the soundboard while allowing it to vibrate more freely, resulting in richer overtones. To withstand the added tension of extra strings, the ToneFlow braces were carefully re-scaled, ensuring the BAT4CE12 maintains perfect balance.

Enlarged Bridge
The bridge of the BAT4CE12 is slightly enlarged to evenly distribute the increased string tension across the soundboard and bracing system.

5-Ply Ebony Reinforced One-Piece Neck (Head-Thru-Heel)
The BAT4CE12 neck is built from five layers—three layers of mahogany and two layers of amara ebony reinforcements—in a premium traditional head-thru-heel “one-piece” construction. This construction allows for a slimmer neck profile while maintaining exceptional strength and comfortable playability. It also improves energy transfer from the strings through the neck.

Semi-Circle Neck Heel
The neck heel is shaped into a semi-circle, which not only adds visual elegance to the guitar but also increases structural stability to handle the added tension of twelve strings.

Balanced Machine Heads
Twelve individual die-cast tuners can be quite heavy and cause "head-dive" (neck imbalance). To counter this, the BAT4CE12 uses 6-in-line tuners with black plastic knobs and coated hardware to achieve excellent balance. Artistic engraving and a gold-plated baseplate highlight the instrument’s premium quality.

Satin Finish
The BAT4CE12 features a satin finish, keeping its total weight around 2.22 kg (4.89 lbs)—almost the same as its six-string counterpart. The satin surface also enhances the guitar's resonance, contributing to a richer harmonic response.
