The designers at uvex have developed a visor frame that matches the helmet’s aerodynamic design, without compromising on field of vision. A Litemirror mirrored visor with built-in visor ventilation and anti-fog coating produce super clear vision, all day long. The frame of the visor gives it increased stability and creates a perfect seal around the helmet and face, so you can say goodbye to draughts. The 3D IAS system creates an individual fit on the head.

Inmould:
Technology injected foam layer directly into the hard outer shell. PC / polycarbonate is the material used in the production of the helmet shell. The polycarbonate shell is firmly attached to the EPS inner material. The EPS material is directly injected into the polycarbonate top layer to form an integral unit. The monolithic unit absorbs point impacts on a sharp object and the applied force on the helmet spreads over its entire surface, so the head is perfectly protected.

IAS 3D:
The sophisticated IAS 3D system provides optimal helmet size adjustment to different head sizes and shapes by simply turning the adjusting wheel. The space inside the helmet adapts to the height and circumference of the head.

Removable lining:
The uvex lining absorbs excess moisture, is antiallergenic and easily removable for cleaning.

Vent system:
Specially designed ventilation ducts draw in fresh air and dissipate warm air. This prevents unpleasant heat build-up inside the helmet.

PC:
Polycarbonate - outer material of the helmet shell. It is used in inmould helmet technology: the EPS layer injected directly into the PC outer shell of the helmet forms a solid unit, solid and resistant to point impacts. PC's material is tough and tough, highly resistant to rupture.

EPS:
Inner material helmet.
The EPS protective material contains microscopic air chambers that effectively absorb impact forces when dropped. The EPS layer is injected directly into the outer shell of the helmet. A monolithic unit is formed which protects the head from impact and dampens it.
