The Pannier DryBag carrier bag is made of tough welded waterproof material. The waterproof roller shutter provides maximum protection against dust, dirt and bad weather. The new Handle Loc system quickly and securely attaches the bag to the carrier and at the same time facilitates subsequent disassembly of the bag.
