The new Hithat mount makes it easier and more flexible to place the Hihat stand on the double bass drum kit. The MHA823 is attached to the edge of the bass drum with mounting bracket; the versatile ball holder keeps the system on the hi-hat in a vertical position and locked without having to open and stretch the legs.
