Ultra lightweight, dual-chain double bass drum pedal from Speed Cobra series that was developed according to the same design principles as the Speed Cobra 910 and features an extended footboard which makes it rapidly accelerate the power and speed of the beater stroke, with less physical effort. The smoother playing surface reduces friction between the foot and the footboard, while the recessed setting position makes it possible to achieve a perfect balance between the natural playing feel of the chain drive’s motion and lighter action. The pedal is further equipped with the round shaped LiteSprocket for natural feel and smooth action that decreased its weight by 40%, compared to the TAMA Iron Cobra’s sprocket. The beater angle is adjustable and dual sided beaters enhance the control over the stroke and sound. Other features include a dual-sided beat with felt and plastic sides.
