At the end of the 19th century Gustave Sennelier recognised the need to produce colours that only contained the highest quality pigments. Each pastel is composed of high quality pure pigment and a natural transparent binder. The exceptional brightness is the result of exclusive recipe. Their comfortable handling and large contact surface allow large areas to be covered with a high degree of regularity.

The Introductory set contains 12 full-size soft pastels, approx. 63 mm long and approx. 13 mm in diameter, individually packaged, stored in foam compartments to prevent damage.
