Instant Mass® Heavyweight delivers a blend of complex carbohydrates to provide your body with a serious source of fuel without simply adding sugars, corn syrups, or fructose. It also contains 18 added vitamins and minerals to support your physical goals before, during and after training.

Instant Mass® Heavyweight has been created for hardgainers and athletes who train intensely but find it difficult to gain muscle and weight.

Hardgainers need a high-calorie, carb heavy diet to boost their training, with a large protein hit to feed their muscles. Instant Mass® Heavyweight provides the calories, carbohydrates and protein hardgainers need to boost their training. It's also suitable for vegetarians.

Mix 300g (approximately two level 250ml measures (there is a scoop included in the tub) with 700ml water in a shaker or blender.

When just starting with this product, you may find it beneficial to begin with half the quantity before slowly increasing to the full serving in order to make it fit into your personal calorie plan.

Consume Instant Mass® Heavyweight between meals to maintain a positive nitrogen balance, or drink 20-30 minutes after a workout for optimal results. Alternatively, take Instant Mass® Heavyweight 45-60 minutes before bed to contribute to muscle maintenance overnight.

Once mixed, consume the shake immediately and don't leave to stand.

For a shake that is more calorie-heavy and creamier, try the product with semi-skimmed milk.

This is a food supplement and should be used in conjunction with a balanced diet.

Description:

Dietary supplement with sweeteners. Chocolate flavored. 5.4 kg. Carbohydrate-protein formula containing 20% protein, a complex of vitamins and minerals, with the addition of creatine, glutamine and Bacillus coagulans.

Recommended dosage:
Mix a 150g dose (1 level 250ml measuring cup **) in 350 ml of water in a shaker or mixer until smooth and consume immediately. Take 2 doses (300g) a day. For people starting with this product, we recommend starting with 1 dose and gradually increasing the dose to 2 doses per day. If you want a creamier and more energetic drink, use semi-skimmed milk instead of water. The product is suitable for consumption all day between meals or 20-30 minutes after training or 45 to 60 minutes before bedtime. ** The measuring cup can be found inside the package, due to transport it may lie on the bottom.

Notice:
Not suitable for children, adolescents under 18, pregnant and lactating women. Keep out of reach of children. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. It is not a substitute for a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Store in a dry and cool place, out of direct sunlight. Close the bag after use. Use within 3 months of opening.
