Novation Launchkey 61 MK4 is a MIDI controller and control surface combining deep DAW integration with expressive performance tools in a single USB bus-powered unit. Custom script support covers Ableton Live, Logic Pro, Cubase, FL Studio, Reason, Bitwig, and Ardour, so production workflows stay on the hardware instead of the mouse.

FSR Pads with Polyphonic Aftertouch and Generative Arpeggiator

Each of the 16 velocity-sensitive pads uses a unique radial FSR sensor for consistent response and supports polyphonic aftertouch for per-note modulation. When using the generative arpeggiator, you get an 8-step editor with tie, accent, and ratchet controls, plus a mutate function for evolving rhythmic patterns.

Semi-Weighted Keybed and Performance Controls

With five octaves of semi-weighted keys, responsive dynamics are guaranteed. Mechanical pitch bend and modulation wheels add real-time expression and are calibrated through Novation Components software.
