Composition: ALLERGENS: It is produced in a plant that also processes milk. Magnesium citrate, glazing agent (hydroxypropylmethylcellulose), magnesium oxide, zinc monomethionine powder (zinc sulphate, L-methionine), anti-caking agent (silica), bulking agent (magnesium stearate), vitamin B6, copper glycinate.
The use: Take 2 capsules in the evening, on an empty stomach, 30 to 60 minutes before bedtime. Warning: Do not exceed the stated recommended daily dose.
