Short-scale electric guitar with Dinky body shape from JS series that makes it easier than ever to get classic Jackson tone, looks and speedy playability without breaking the piggy bank. With its 2/3 scale it is an ideal instrument for little shredders or grownup road dogs who need an easy-traveling instrument jam-packed with the features they love. It features a poplar body with gloss polyurethane finish, speedy bolt-on one-piece maple neck with graphite reinforcement rods and scarf joint, and 12”-radius rosewood fingerboard which hosts 24 jumbo frets and Jackson’s classic pearloid shark fin inlays. Scale length is 572 mm, nut width is 41.3 mm. The guitar is equipped with two Jackson High Output humbucking pickups, Master Volume and Master Tone controls with dome style knobs and a three-way blade pickup switch. Other features include a rear-angled headstock for evenly distributed tension (reducing playing fatigue), die-cast tuners, sculpted heel for easy upper register playing, jet black hardware and 6-saddle strings-thru-body hard-tail bridge with block saddles for massive tone.
