Thanks to these changes, this shape delivers a richer low mids and better body to weight balance, which conventional Auditorium bodies tend to lack. Ibanez developed its proprietary X-M bracing specifically for Advanced Auditorium guitar bodies to produce the ultimate sound for the stage and studio. Solid Sitka Spruce top provides an enormous frequency range that offers wave after wave of shimmering highs along with tight mids and a full-bodied low end. Sapele back and sides offer a full-bodied and warm mid-range and a bright tone. The Low Oval Okoume neck grip facilitates easy chord strumming. The Purpleheart fretboard emphasizes the beauty and the rich tonal character of this guitar. The Purpleheart bridge transfers string vibration directly to the body, delivering a natural and warm tone.
