After the great success of the classical guitar model HGL 50 SE between 2001 and 2007 our Master Luthiers again harvested choice spruce from the Black Forest region in 2005. Now matured into seasoned tonewood this spruce is used exclusively for this new master guitar model and meets all tonal, aesthetic and ecolological requirements. European tonewoods are used throughout with the top and bracings being made from German spruce, the back and sides from solid walnut, the inner linings from lime (linden, basswood), the neck from alder and the fingerboard and bridge from spalted (bog) oak. The wafer-thin eco-sealing of the top supports a stunningly quick and clear response. Including Hofner case. A stunning top quality classical guitar.
