Scarlett 18i20 is the ultimate model of Scarlett 3rd Gen. A single rack unit will feature a fully professional Focusrite service in the studio. It offers a total of eighteen inputs and twenty outputs for simultaneous recording of instruments and vocals. Card connectivity is enhanced by pairs of MIDI and SPDIF connectors, or the presence of two ADAT optical inputs and outputs. Technical maturity of the interface is underlined by the possibility of WordClock synchronization. Scarlett 18i20 features high-quality AD / DA converters capable of up to 24-bit / 192kHz resolution or AIR mode microphone preamps to simulate the legendary ISA preamplifiers. The upcoming third generation of Scarlett shows significantly less distortion and latency, greater signal-to-noise ratio, or greater headroom. USB-C connectivity is new.

I'm very satisfied. Lots of fine routing settings for specific mixing, mastering or recording tasks. Most of the settings can be controlled from the laptop app. Cool stuff.

Skvělá věc do studia, lze přes optiku kombinovat i dvě dohromady pro vyšší počet mikrofonních vstupů, na počet vstupů a výstupů velice stabilní, předem nastavené presety směrování, dva různé fantomy na kanál 1-4 a 5-8... Za tu cenu super věc
