The ACB-4/6 (four or six string) banjo pickup is the the choice of pro players due to its authentic recreation of the instrument's natural tone and low noise. This pickup allows players the ability to hear the banjo amplified without giving up any of the tone they love.

The ACB banjo pickup is a dual-coil magnetic pickup using Alnico magnets as the core material. The innovative design has the coils of the ACB spaced apart from one another creating acoustic “chambers”. These “gaps” allow sound waves inside the banjo to resonate around the coil walls that add acoustic quality that has not been achieved in a magnetic pickup until now. Whether recording or performing live, the ACB produces true accurate banjo tone that is noise free.

The installation is completely solderless so anyone can do it. It is designed for Banjos with 2 coordinator rods but other mounting arrangements can be accommodated.
