The woofer and compression driver in each ZLX G2 model are coupled to a patented SST (Signal Synchronized Transducers) ported waveguide, enhancing low-frequency extension and delivering even vertical and horizontal coverage across all frequencies – all while allowing a more compact form factor. Passive ZLX G2 models use industry standard NL4 connections – the two NL4 connectors are in parallel and pass through all pins. For optimal acoustics and performance, ZLX G2 is recommended for use with a Dynacord DSP power amplifier programmed with the appropriate speaker settings included in the EV Speaker Database for SONICUE Sound System Software.
