The Prime 2 system is equipped with a 7 ‘‘ touch screen supporting gestures and thus brings advanced interaction with your music collection. Your music selection is at the touch of a finger.

The Prime 2 system enables dynamic and creative interventions in the songs being played using 8 multifunctional pads, which can be used both in Hot Cue mode and as loops or roll / slice scenes. During their performances, DJs can instantly edit entire songs with a quick play of fingers, combine different genres, change the BPM and layer songs on top of each other in the same key.

Connectivity
Prime 2 is equipped with 3 USB ports, 1 SD card slot and also a 2.5-inch hard disk slot with SATA connector. At the same time, it is possible to record your set and save it on any of the above-mentioned storage media.

The Prime 2 system is equipped with 14 integrated digital effects, which can be instantly adjusted using three parameters for a better fusion with your mixes. At the same time, you also have a traditional Denon DJ Sweep FX unit and filters available for all 4 channels. On the back panel you will also find the StagelinQ interface, which allows connection to the visual protocols of the partner applications Soundswitch, Timecode and Resolume.

The Prime 2 system builds on the successful Prime 4 model, which draws on the experience of developing and manufacturing premium instruments for professional DJing. The robust mechanical design together with the top 24-bit sound defines the almost surgical quality of the entire device.

ENGINE OS is a powerful operating system that accelerates and optimizes the overall workflow. Import songs from fully compatible Rekordbox ™, iTunes, Serato and NI Traktor collections databases (including cues, loops and metadata) or just drag tracks from a folder in the browser.
