Products, prices, service - very good.

Non conoscendo il sito ero partito scettico leggendo le recensioni qui pubblicate riguardanti i problemi di spedizione (lunghissimi tempi di attesa e tracking "non funzionante") e relativa assistenza. Dubbioso poi circa l'oggetto che volevo acquistare, in offerta sì, ma comunque ad un prezzo di diverse centinaia di euro (esistendone di diversi modelli non é nuova la pratica adottata da taluni siti/venditori i quali descrivono l'oggetto riferendosi al "modello top di gamma" con tanto di immagini attinenti al "top di gamma", inducendo il consumatore a credere che si sta acquistando effettivamente quell'articolo, mentre poi ci si vede recapitato a casa il modello "entry level"). Da ultimo ulteriori perplessità all'acquisto sorgevano per la politica adottata da Muziker per il reso: spese di spedizione a carico del consumatore e da inviare alla loro sede in Slovacchia, neanche in Italia. L'indecisione si protrae per diverse settimane, tuttavia la sera di venerdì 24 marzo procedevo comunque all'ordine, pagando con PayPal e affidandomi dunque alla loro garanzia e serietà in materia di acquisti, accettando comunque il rischio di un reso (internazionale) a mie spese. L'oggetto veniva segnalato come spedito già sabato 25, rappresentando però che il tracking italiano gls sarebbe divenuto funzionante solamente quando il pacco sarebbe giunto su suolo italiano (Trieste, come da recensioni qui segnalate). Prima di ordinare avevo controllato la loro sede, indicata a Bratislava, indi per cui il pacco, per giungere a Trieste, sarebbe dovuto passare per altre nazioni (verosimilmente Slovacchia, Ungheria, Slovenia ed infine Italia): sebbene UE logico aspettarsi tempi di attesa leggermente più lunghi dei classici. Mercoledi 29 il tracking GLS diveniva operativo segnalando che il pacco era giunto nel loro centro di Trieste. Seguiva la consegna (nel centro Italia peraltro) il giorno successivo. In definitiva: 1) Oggetto ricevuto conforme a quanto ordinato. 2) Tempi di spedizione (venerdì 24 - giovedì 30) più che accettabili. Consigliato.

article had a good price when I purchased. Then days later I got an email saying that they were changing the price from 117 to to 160, and I would have to pay the difference or cancel. I cancelled. Went on the website more days later and saw that the article still had the old price. Bought it again and when they tried to "scam" me for more money I complained and got a better deal. Delivery was ok, products as I expected. Overall it just seems like a lousy company which delivers, nonetheless.

I chose to buy this product from Muziker because the price was really good and I couldn't find it in Thomann, but I was a bit nervous because my package was been delivered from Czeck Republic. Nevertheless, at all times I could see through the app where my package was, so that gave me reassurance. Also, the expected delivery date matched the actual day my package was delivered. Now I have my new cymbal bag and it's amazing!
