Al een tijdje heb ik een nieuwe versterker voor basgitaar op het oog. Via Google kwam ik een aantal winkels in het buitenland tegen met veel betere prijzen dan in Nederland. Na een tijdje twijfelen heb ik mijn angst om in het buitenland zo'n grote aankoop te doen aan de kant gezet en besloten het een keer te proberen. En dat is me goed bevallen! Bij een andere buitenlandse webwinkel was het product nog iets goedkoper dan bij Muziker, maar Muziker biedt een laagste prijs garantie. Ik heb dit gebruikt en Muziker reageerde binnen een dag met een mooi aanbod. Muziker had mijn voorkeur omdat ik daar met Klarna (achteraf) kan betalen, dat kon niet bij de andere webwinkel. De communicatie over de laagste prijs garantie verliep vlot, zowel via e-mail als via chat. Dat gaf me vertrouwen. Ik koos voor betaling via Klarna en verzending met GLS. Binnen enkele dagen had ik de versterker in huis. De tracking van GLS werkte prima en het pakket was goed verpakt. Ik ben heel blij met mijn nieuwe versterker. De volgende zal ik niet meer twijfelen. Muziker is in veel gevallen een stuk goedkoper dan Nederlandse winkels en de communicatie verliep prima.
