Great skein of jarn

I ordered a Sire L7 Goldtop paying the extra cost for the pre-shipment inspection to make sure the guitar was in perfect order. The shipment arrived on time but the guitar had some paint problems and was not set-up, the strings buzzing quite a lot. This indicates that the inspection was either done superficially or not done at all. I asked for the reimbursement of the inspection cost but no answer so far.
