Buying and communication from your customer service was easy. But the time between payment done and shipping was too long and no updates.(from 28th May till 2nd June). And during shipping parcel did't move for like three days (stayed at a depot in CZ) and no good shipping info/updates for delivery from Geis.I bought the article 28 May but received the parcel on 10th of June. This takes too long for a European shipment.I would like to buy a second one of the same article, but administration of your webshop and shipment must be faster.
