Ma commande s’est perdue, j’ai du relancer plusieurs fois le service cliente et j’ai du faire plein d’appel de mon côté avant qu’un collaborateur de chez muziker fasse le nécessaire auprès de Fedex. Au final, on m’a confirmé que ma commande a été perdue, on m’a parlé d’un bon d’achat en guise de compensation mais je ne l’ai jamais vu!! J’ai perdu tellement de temps à faire plein d’appel. Point positif, le chat en ligne via le site internet avec lequel nous pouvons discuter directement avec un collaborateur mais faut j’ai du bien insister avant que quelqu’un se décide à agir!!
