Prodotto ordinato e spedito in giornata. Ho contattato il servizio clienti telefonico gratuito perché il corriere GLS aveva sbagliato recapito. Mi ha risposto Miriam, gentilissima ha contattato immediatamente GLS che mi ha recapitato il pacco il giorno seguente. Tutta la procedura è stata anche riportata via mail. Mi sono trovato benissimo.

Many people have written reviews that say that the customer service is rude, items take months to ship etc. I was scared that I would experience this issues too after ordering a MIDI keyboard from their website. Although it did arrive a couple of days late, its still not "months" as some people say, and it arrived in perfect condition, no damages or anything like that. If you dont wanna order, dont order, but its a legit website.
