Yamaha CBW8 Cymbal Arm
The Yamaha CBW8 is an extra-long weighted cymbal boom arm designed for drummers running multi-cymbal setups or mounting larger crash cymbals. Built from steel with a 700 mm boom reach, it adds stability and positioning freedom to a compatible CS8W or CS7 stand. The Quick Release Nut speeds up cymbal changes, while the Sound Enhanced Cymbal Washer preserves natural cymbal resonance for a fuller, more open sound.
- 700 mm extra-long boom arm for wider cymbal placement
- Weighted steel construction keeps heavier cymbals steady
- Step Free Tilter allows infinite angle adjustment
- Compatible with Yamaha CS8W and CS7 boom stands
Extra Reach for Larger Cymbal Setups
The Yamaha CBW8 cymbal boom arm extends a drummer's reach well beyond a standard boom, making it easier to position crashes, splashes, and chinas exactly where the kit needs them. Its weighted steel body keeps heavier cymbals from drifting mid-performance, while the Step Free Tilter locks the angle smoothly at any position. The Quick Release Nut makes cymbal swaps fast, and the included Sound Enhanced Cymbal Washer protects the natural resonance of every cymbal mounted on it. Designed to attach directly to a Yamaha CS8W or CS7 boom stand, this arm is a practical upgrade for any kit that needs more placement options.
