XLN Audio Addictive Drums 2: Progressive Metal ADpak (Digital product)

Progressive Metal ADpak

Experience the artistry of one of metal’s most expressive drummers, Waltteri Väyrynen from Opeth, with the Progressive Metal ADpak. This exceptional collection features recordings made on Waltteri’s personal Pearl Reference Pure kit, delivering articulate double kicks, dynamic toms, and lush dark cymbals. Used in the creation of Opeth’s album “Last Will and Testament,” this kit offers a studio-proven sound that elevates your productions.

The Pearl Reference Pure shells provide a focused low end with remarkable clarity, perfect for ghost notes and fast passages. With dual 22” kicks, you’ll achieve tight and articulate power. The kit includes four toms and a hand-selected gong drum, allowing for expansive melodic phrasing. Complementing this are a wide selection of Sabian cymbals that add depth, ranging from dark shimmer to aggressive attack. Each piece of the kit has been played by Waltteri himself, capturing the dynamics and musical expression that define his unique style.
