Sycomore Scratch Art Magic

Scratch Art Activity Kit. A complete arts and crafts set designed for gradually uncovering vivid colors and patterns from beneath a matte black surface using a wooden scratch stylus.

Each illustration board is coated with an opaque top layer concealing rich background colors and patterns. By tracing the pre-drawn outlines or etching custom hatching and details with the wooden stylus, children reveal the contrasting base beneath. The technique requires no paint or water, ensuring a clean, precise, and mess-free crafting activity ideal for home or travel.

The set includes a generous collection of scratch boards and a wooden stylus, yielding finished detailed illustrations ready for framing or room display. The process supports fine motor skills, pencil grip control, graphomotor skills, patience, and attention to detail.

All scratch boards and the stylus tool are neatly organized in a sturdy illustrated box from the Artissimo collection, which functions as a portable work tray and storage portfolio for finished artwork.
