Today, it stands as one of the rarest electric tine pianos, retaining the wooden keys, felts, and action that defined the original instruments of the 1970s.

This emulation has been meticulously crafted using spectral modeling, providing you access to the authentic sound of the original instrument in just 45 MB. Stage54 also incorporates infinite round-robins technology and features a unique daylight-based user interface that evolves throughout the day.

What is Sampleson's Spectral Modeling Engine?

Stage54 utilizes the second generation of Sampleson's Spectral Modeling Engine, which generates realistic sounds in real-time based on actual samples rather than conventional mathematical approaches. This method produces organic and warm tones, mimicking the natural creation of sound by stacking simple sinewaves.

What is Sampleson's Infinite Round-Robins Technology?

Traditional sampling methods have relied on Round-Robin techniques, which sample multiple hits for the same note but are limited in scope. In contrast, Stage54 employs spectral modeling to create infinite subtle variations for the same note and velocity, resulting in a more natural emulation of the original instrument.

Sampleson has meticulously mapped over 64 groups of timbre components—such as releases, bells, key noises, main timbre, and resonance—and recreated them through spectral modeling, achieving a realistic and warm sound in only 45 MB with minimal CPU usage.

Before the era of samplers and powerful computers, emulations were crafted using classic synthesis techniques. Wursy represents our vision of the best way to recreate a Reed Electric Piano through synthesis.

The outcome is a highly expressive electric piano, rich in harmonics and variations across octaves, delivering a NON-STATIC sound.

Wursy features a tremolo with adjustable intensity and frequency modulators, along with reverb FX. Remarkably, it occupies only 40 MB and operates with extremely low CPU usage.
