This is an automatic translation by software:Hello. Today I received the Cajon Black Bundle. But it doesn't sound like a Cajon at all. Just like regular plywood. Does it fit somehow? Thank you very much!

Good morning, This model has an adjustable snare system that you can loosen or tighten using screws inside the cajon. If the snare is not sounding, it could be: too loose (does not touch the playing surface) too tight (dampens resonance) Try to slightly adjust its position or tension. The sound of the cajon changes significantly depending on how tightly the front plate is attached. Allowing the top corners can accentuate the “slap” effect and add height. Tightening will improve contact with the body and can strengthen the bass. If you play too low or too high, you may lose the characteristic sound. The bass is played in the middle of the lower section, the snare closer to the upper corners.
