Founded in Los Angeles in the 1960s by brothers Ray and Marvin Lubow, Morley is renowned for its innovative wah-wahs, volume pedals, phasers, and the original Oil Can Delay, which is included in this collection. Morley is best known for its wah-wah pedals that utilize an electro-optical circuit instead of a potentiometer, resulting in quieter and smoother operation. These pedals have been embraced by legendary musicians such as Steve Vai, David Gilmour, Geddy Lee, Alex Lifeson, Jerry Garcia, and Lee Ritenour.

Officially Certified Morley® EVO-1 "Oil Can Delay"

The Morley EVO-1 is a rare and highly sought-after effect pedal from the early 1970s. Utilizing patented electro-static delay technology, it creates a lush, velvety delay with hints of modulation that is unlike any analog echo. IK’s design team has perfectly recaptured its sonic idiosyncrasies, enhanced with new advanced features.

The EVO-1 includes three main controls: delay time, feedback, and echo volume. Additionally, it features a volume pedal for real-time adjustments and swells. With Morley’s approval, IK has introduced further controls such as:

• Disk Noise: Blend in unique sounds from imperfections in the erase head.
• Disk Erase: Regulate the efficiency of the erase head.
• BPM Control: Precisely adjust the delay time.

Officially Certified Morley® Power Wah Fuzz

The Morley Power Wah Fuzz combines wah and fuzz effects into one unit, originally released in the 1970s. IK has faithfully recreated the warmth and saturation of the original MPSA12 transistor, capturing its wide frequency range for a variety of sounds from subtle to extreme. This pedal has been favored by musicians like Cliff Burton and Jerry Garcia.

It features two main controls: the intensity level and the wah tone. The Intensity knob balances the fuzz level with the instrument, while the tone control adjusts the overall fuzz sound. When both effects are off, the pedal functions as a volume pedal.

Officially Certified Morley® Contour Wah Pedal Model

The Morley Contour Wah Pedal Model, first released in 1996, is an electro-optical wah pedal with a wide frequency range and variable Q control for precise tone shaping. Its Contour mode allows for sweeping filter effects.

With its array of controls, the Contour Wah Pedal can be tailored to suit various styles and sounds. The Contour and Level controls enable fine-tuning of the high-end response, while the Auto-off feature enhances its functionality. It is also compatible with bass guitars!
