D'Addario NYL052W Single Guitar String

Replacement Classical Guitar Bass String for Pro-Arte Series

The D'Addario NYL052W is a single .052 gauge classical guitar string built to match the silver-plated copper basses found in D'Addario's Pro-Arte sets. Silver-plated copper wire is wound over a multi-filament nylon core, producing the warm, projecting tone that classical players expect from the Pro-Arte line. This single replacement makes it easy to swap out a worn bass without buying a full set, or to build a custom gauge combination tailored to a specific instrument. A direct replacement for Pro-Arte series silver-plated sets, it also works well for custom gauge set construction.
