Ez lényegében egy kispedál alakú egysávos hangfelvevő/lejátszó, ami CD minőségben rögzít. Az eredményt le tudja ugyabban a jelláncban , mint ahonnan felvette, egy appal lehet rendezgetni/elnevezni vagy át is tolhatod desktopra USB-n. Úgy tűnhet, hogy ezeket a feladatokat más, meglévő eszközzel is végre lehet hajtani, de ha megpróbálod végiggondolni, hogy mi kell hozzá, hány gadget, kábel és konfiguráció, és ez mennyibe kerül, akkor rájössz, hogy hasznosabb ez a bigyó mint gondolnád. Én pl ezekre használom:
- A Ditto Looperrel kitökölt loopokat felveszem vele. Tudhatna. Ditto is rögzíteni, de nem tud.
- Ha magam vagyok a próbateremben, vagy csak otthon gyakorlok, feljátszom néhány egyszerűbb basszustémát egymás után, azután ezeket loopolom, és gitározom hozzá.
-Koncerteken be van kötve az erősítő line-outjába, felveszem a gitársávomat külön. Ha a külső felvételen nem hallatszik, hozzá lehet keverni, esetleg utólag dinamikát állítani, szélsőséges esetben hibákat javítgatni rajta.
-Dalírásra én pont nem használom, ahhoz több sáv kell, arra jó a Garagage Band
