Protein intake is an essential component for muscle growth and amino acids are the building blocks of protein. However, it can be difficult to obtain the correct amount of protein from food, which is where supplements come in. By using a protein supplement after a workout, you can help to ensure that your muscles recover faster.

Reflex use whey protein that's hormone and antibiotic free and made from the milk of grass-fed cows. Milk from grass-fed cows is richer in omega-3 fatty acids and has up to five times as much CLA. Instant Whey™ Pro also contains LactoSpore®, a friendly bacteria.

Instant Whey™ Pro is suitable for anyone aiming to support their gym, sport or exercise activities.

As it's high in protein and low in fat it's the ideal choice for those who want to tone and sculpt without the extra carbs. It's also suitable for vegetarians.

Consume one sachet (25g) a day, ideally post-workout or as a protein top up throughout the day.

Mix the protein sachet with 150ml of water or skimmed milk until a smooth even consistency is achieved. Once mixed, consume immediately.

150ml is recommended for optimal taste but these are guidelines and more or less water can be added to suit your preference.

This is a food supplement and should be used in conjunction with a balanced diet.

Recommended dosage:
Mix 25 g with 150 ml of water or milk in a shaker or blender. Consume 2-3 doses daily.

Notice:
